Client Testimonials

"RiskMan has been a very successful project for Royal District Nursing Service (South Australia) in allowing us to more efficiently and effectively manage our risks, hazards and incidents across our entire operation. "
Marion Modra,
Royal District Nursing Service of SA
Manager Corporate Services

"One of the biggest challenges faced by Disability ACT at implementation was rolling the incident Entry module out to 400 staff across 60 group homes across the ACT.
From day one, staff found the Riskman system easy to use with logical steps for data entry with minimal text entry requirements. The ability for system administrators to configure the system to individual requirements has made the system a runaway success for Disability ACT.

The highly dedicated and professional staff at Riskman International are always willing to assist, with no challenge or task too difficult. Riskman International encourage ideas from their customers and use regular user group meetings to bring people together to discuss their product while also listening to customers for ideas and suggestions for future developments and releases.

By using Riskman, Disability ACT can now identify lower level incidents to develop and implement strategies for clients and their homes using trend data that can be fed into our client based Risk Assessment program. We can confidently report to our Ministers to give an accurate picture of what is happening in our homes, which in turn enables better management of our corporate and clinical risks. With the recent implementation of the feedback module we are able to use Riskman, not just as a collection tool for complaints, concerns and compliments, but as a holistic system that includes alerts, timeframes and KPIs to assist in the overall management of feedback. We can now provide feedback responses to senior management and executives within minutes, eliminating the need to sift through files which in turn decreases productivity and efficiency.
Disability ACT look forward to a long standing business relationship with the Riskman International team and we wish them every success in the future. Thankyou guys."

"RiskMan was implemented in September 2006 and is an integrated risk management system. The system has an online, real-time user- friendly notification system to enable timely response by managers to actual and potential risks and events. The RiskMan Project began in June 2005 with an initial brief to develop a web-based database system at Canberra Hospital. By January 2006, the full potential of the Riskman system was realised and the project scope expanded to an ACT Health-wide system. Now all staff of ACT Health use RiskMan – doctors, nurses, allied health, managers, administration staff and health protection staff."
Mr Simon Corbell,
Australian Capital Territory
(Former) Acting Minister for Health

"The RiskMan complaints module has added a totally new dimension to our risk auditing and management capabilities. It's a major bonus we frankly did not expect when we offered to participate in the RiskMan trial""Whereas before we'd address complaints almost entirely on their perceived individual merits, now with RiskMan we're able to view them in an organisation-wide context. Quite often they turn out to be part of a bigger, systemic problem, affecting many parts of the organisation. Now we can cross-reference to much larger issues."
Ballarat Hospital, Victoria

"Lifeline Community Care Queensland (LCCQ) implemented RiskMan in December 2007 in order to have a comprehensive database to capture and manage incidents across the organisation. RiskMan has proven to be the ideal solution, and has helped the organisation meet strict licensing requirements for client incident management. The reporting capabilities have also enabled LCCQ, for the first time to get a comprehensive snapshot of the incidents that are occurring, in order to steer resourcing where it is most needed to mitigate risks. The major benefit of RiskMan for LCCQ, is the availability to all staff and the easy to use nature of the program."
