RiskMan.Net Training
RiskMan is designed for rapid deployment and ongoing ease of use, so that companies can quickly benefit from the RiskMan functionality. Your company will achieve the greatest possible return on investment by ensuring that your users and administrators are thoroughly and professionally trained in the use of RiskMan right from the beginning.
We offer a broad range of training options designed to meet all your training requirements. Your RiskMan training includes:
Administrator Training
Administrator Training involves small group or one-on-one consultation that includes multiple sessions to determine the overall set up of the RiskMan system. Comprehensive Administrator User Guides are provided to assist with ongoing self education. Alternatively the RiskMan Helpdesk is available 5 days a week to assist with any enquiries.
Stakeholder Overview
A special session targeted at the Risk Management stakeholders can be conducted to assist with a comprehensive understanding of the overall RiskMan system that doesn't include all the detail required for Administrators or frequent users of the system. The content of this session can be determined in conjunction with the project leader.
Management/Leader Training
Managers or Leaders will often have access to less functionality than the Administrators, but more functionality than other users of the system. Therefore customised training just for these users can be determined in conjunction with the project leader.
Roll Out Training
The Roll-Out training usually involves large groups of people who have limited, but targeted access to the RiskMan system. Notes from these sessions will be available for users to keep to assist with ongoing education.
Refresher Training
After any substantial change to RiskMan or the organisation we will conduct a refresher course to help new users or to explain new RiskMan functionality. Notes from these sessions will be available for users to keep to assist with ongoing education.
User Guides
Administrators will receive a comprehensive User Guide in both electronic and hard copy format. The User Guide is constantly updated with appendixes to accommodate the inclusion of new RiskMan functionality and features. Alternatively the RiskMan Helpdesk is available 5 days a week to assist with any enquiries.
Multimedia Training Materials
RiskMan International firmly believes that the availability of helpful training materials make for a more satisfying user experience. Users of the RiskMan.Net application have access to extra training materials, in the form of online tutorial videos. These online tutorials provide full step-by-step instructions for the use of many features within RiskMan. The availability of these tutorials ensures that users are able to improve their understanding of the RiskMan.Net software, "on the fly".
