Analysis

RiskMan provides a comprehensive suite of reporting and analysis tools including; Standard Reports, Indicator Sets, Analyzer and Risk Profiler. These reports present data in real time, at differing levels of detail – from high level Executive Indicators, through to Summary reports and charts, to detailed comprehensive reports of individual notifications.
Standard Reports
The RiskMan.Net application is implemented with 35+ standard reports. These have been developed in conjunction with existing healthcare and aged care customers to ensure the most appropriate reports are created. Any of the Standard Reports can be modified, have multiple filters applied and saved in the My Reports section for quick access to re-run reports without having to re-apply the filters previously used.
Indicator Sets
Indicator Sets provide simplified snap shot reports of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) which may be derived from data collected in any Riskman.Net module. Incidents may be presented as simple totals or counts, or as ratios against other denominators.
Indicators may optionally include traffic light representation to highlight where thresholds are being exceeded. Common Indicators may include: Falls per 1000 occupied bed days, Staff injuries per 1000 staff hours worked and Percentage of complaints acknowledged within 2 working days.
Analyzer
Analyzer is an analytical tool that provides tab style output in the form of pivot tables with optional associated charts.
Analyzer may present data as discrete counts of events or as ratios in relation to external comparison factors, such as number of occupied bed days.
Risk Profiler
Risk Profiler is a unique and innovative reporting tool that analyses the history of risks and exposures, to help identify trends in frequency and severity. Profiled risks may be consolidated or broken down into individual detail.
