RiskMan International (RMI) provides technical and non-technical support from offices located in Port Melbourne, Victoria. All support requests are handled from this office, keeping in line with our policy of "employ locally, develop locally", and providing our clients with optimal response and delivery times.
All telephone, email and WebEx Support is included as part of the Annual Maintenance agreement. Our help desk can be contacted within AEST standard working hours.
Secure Remote Support
Many RiskMan.Net clients make use of Secure Remote Support. This allows a RiskMan.Net support member to access RiskMan.Net directly from the clients' machine and provide real time application support, saving both RMI and the client substantial time in explaining a support issue.
