RiskMan wins Victorian Department of Health Tender

The Victorian Department of Health has chosen RiskMan International to provide them with the Victorian Health Incident Management System (VHIMS).

The Victorian Department of Health has chosen RiskMan International to provide them with the Victorian Health Incident Management System (VHIMS).

VHIMS will apply a standardised data set and methodology for incident and consumer feedback management, and will be deployed across all publicly funded health services, including hospitals, community health services, Ambulance Victoria, and 5 selected aged care providers.

RiskMan International is in the process of finalising the VHIMS configuration, which will be implemented at six lead agency sites in late 2009, and progressively rolled out to all in-scope health services during 2010.
